Important information regarding Online Orders in weeks 9 and 10

We are switching to a new IT system on Monday, March 3rd. This will affect orders in weeks 9 and 10.

Orders

We will continue to receive orders via email (inox@inox.dk) or through your usual contact person during this period.
Our webshop will be open for orders and access until Wednesday, February 26th at 5:00 PM.
After that, it will be closed until Monday, March 3rd at 9:00 AM.

Deliveries

We will deliver as usual in weeks 9 and 10 to our international customers.
 

Order Confirmations

In connection with the transition, some orders for delivery in week 10 and beyond will be (or have already been) confirmed in our existing system. These orders will be reconfirmed during the transition to the new system, which may mean that our sales orders and order confirmations will receive a new number. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. We will ensure that your references remain unchanged.
